Mozart Moonshine

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

Austrian flag

This cocktail resulted from a visit to the Benedictine Abbey at Melk, Austria.  In the gift shop we bought a 35cl bottle of Mozart Gold, a delicious chocolate cream liqueur that ought to be available on draught!

It doesn't take a genius to realise the similarity of this cocktail to another on this site but the flavour difference warrants inclusion in its own right.

Shake well with plenty of ice, strain into a martini glass and serve ferociously cold in generous quantities, garnished with a sprig of mint. If you can't obtain poteen you may substitute a high-strength vodka.
